The answers do not surface in a convention center, or at your desk with the inbox staring back. The Voyage puts you in a place where the whispers can be heard: out on the water.

This is the same conviction that runs through everything Passage & Periplus does — the sea is not a backdrop, it is the medium — pointed here at the leader's seat. A sailing voyage removes the props of the working week and replaces them with wind, water, and a small company of people in the same position as you. What remains is the kind of time in which the important questions come out of hiding.

Who it's for

Not defined by your title — defined by your seat, the one where decisions end with you. CEOs, executive directors, physician-owners, founders. The Voyage is invite only: every person aboard was personally invited by Aram or Bryant. Six to ten leaders, plus optional spouses and partners — and a spouse who comes is included in all of it, not just the pleasant parts. Small enough to know everyone by day two.

The boat

A crewed charter catamaran — big enough to live comfortably, small enough that the boat itself becomes part of the experience. Private double cabins with ensuite heads. A chef aboard. A generous cockpit for meals and conversation, a trampoline at the bow for reading and watching the world. A captain who will teach you as much sailing as you want to learn. The boat is not a backdrop.

What you'll find

Time with nothing in it. Real nothing. An invitation to take the helm and sail. Unhurried movement — swimming, snorkeling, hiking, all optional. Early nights and late mornings, or the reverse; the rhythm is yours. And the comforts are unapologetic: good meals, good cocktails, good company.

Sail, not sit at anchor. Sail, not drift.

Seven nights, six of them at sea. The boat moves each day — a new anchorage, a new cove, land under your feet in the afternoon and stars over the trampoline at night. Past voyages have wandered the Virgin Islands: the snorkeling at Norman Island, the granite cathedrals of The Baths on Virgin Gorda, the beach at Jost Van Dyke, the reef and the lobster and the serious remoteness of Anegada. The route bends to the group and the wind; at least one meal will still be talked about a year later.

The next voyage sails the Virgin Islands, February 28 – March 7, 2027 — seven nights, six at sea. Voyages run from $5,500 per person, sharing. The Voyage has sailed these waters before; that first voyage filled.
